Refund Eligibility
As ProteinBite provides freshly prepared food, we generally do not accept returns of food products after delivery. However, if you receive an incorrect, missing, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unacceptable item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution. Any refund or resolution will depend on the circumstances of the order and the nature of the issue.
Cancellations, Refunds & Complaints
Order Cancellation: Customers may request cancellation before the order has been prepared. Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact ProteinBite as soon as possible after delivery. We may request details or photographs to help us verify the issue.
Damaged or Quality Issues: If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption, please contact us promptly with the order details and supporting photographs where possible. We will review the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution. Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment channel used for the order, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds may not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, failure to receive the order because the customer was unavailable, or food that has been consumed or altered after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
